Luang Phor Sompong of Wat Mai Pin Klao, Nakhon Pathom is very famous for his sacred Chuchok. In 1967, he was appointed as the abbot of Wat Mai Pin Klao.

Featuring Chuchok that carry 1 silver bag and 1 gold bag, this Bucha is embedded with 3 different colored Takrut (Samkasat) and 1 Takrut that looks like ammo at the bottom.

Luang Phor Sompong is a disciple of the lineage of Luang Pu Liu from Wat Rai Tang Thong. He is another monk whom Luang Pu Liu had tasked with creating turtle amulets in 1993 (B.E. 2536) during the grand consecration of sacred objects in the “Saturday 5” batch, which was blessed by 64 revered monks. These included Luang Pu Liu, Luang Pu Pan (the former abbot of Wat Nong Kratum), and the current abbot of Wat Don Yai Hom, Luang Por Uayporn.

In the same year, Luang Phor Sompong created the “Chuchok Phermphunsap” amulet to be distributed during the ordination ceremony at Wat Mai Pin Kliao in 1997 (B.E. 2540). That year, the “Chuchok Phermphunsap” amulet from Wat Mai Pin Kliao became famous nationwide after a vendor at the temple’s merit-making event won the lottery, earning over a million baht. The win was believed to be a blessing from the “Chuchok Phermphunsap” amulet.

Since then, the “Chuchok Phermphunsap” amulet from Wat Mai Pin Kliao has been widely recognized and continues to be known to this day.
