Mini Bucha LP Thuad.

Master: Ajahn Daeng Wat Rai

Dimensions: 13 cm (height), 7 cm x 5 cm.

This mini bucha was consecrated by Ajahn Daeng Wat Rai, and has number 88 , which is a super lucky number for Chinese. I don’t remember what year exactly it was made, i rented it from Wat Rai circa year 2010-2015.

Ajahn Daeng is the abbot of Wat Sathit Chonlathar (Wat Rai), Tambon Bang Tawa, Amphoe Nong Chik, Pattani Province, the creator of the famous Luang Pu Thuat amulets, and one of the four monks that everyone talks about (Tim-Nong-Thong-Daeng). Phra Ajahn Daeng of Wat Rai is a young monk who is popular in creating Luang Pu Thuat amulets, similar to the bullet casing amulet, which has been accepted for a long time. He himself has had great respect and faith in Luang Pu Thuat since he was a child.

Phra Ajarn Daeng’s amulets have been very popular among collectors who love amulets, such as Takruts. His luksits (lay-disciples) have worshipped them and told others about their powerful, sacred amulets.

His bullet casing Takruts have become widely sought after, especially by local military and police officers. Some survived bombs and shootings during the unrest in the three southern border provinces.

Phra Ajarn Daeng was a disciple of Luang Por Suk of Wat Tuyong. He also received wicha knowledge from the spirit of Luang Pu Phum, The 8th former abbot of Wat Rai, who lived to be 105 years old, came to him in a vision while he was meditating and taught him the principles of the Maha-Akhom spell and the spell used for consecration, as well as the location of the important hidden substance, which was the magical powder that Father Phum had consecrated throughout his life.

Phra Ajarn Daeng has studied extensively in various disciplines. He was born into a family of traditional doctors, and his original name was Chaiya Phonbun. He was born in Bang Tawa Subdistrict, Nong Chik District, Pattani Province.

He was ordained by Phra Upajjhaya Phra Sitthiyanmuni (Phra Than Sukh) of Wat Tuyong. His preceptor was Phra Khru Phithak Suwannakorn, and his chanting teacher was Phra Khru Visankitjatorn from Wat Mujalintawapi. He received the monastic name “Ophaso.”

Currently, he is the abbot of Wat Satit Chonthara (Wat Rai), an ancient temple built in 1877. The first abbot was Phra Than Iad, until the 9th former abbot, Phra Than Phum Bunyasiri.
