LP Chong refers as top 10 Great Monk of the country. He was a close friend with LP Parn Wat Bangnomkho. LP Chong is well known for his wicha ability (magic knowledge), and his amulets performed many miracles. He always invited by other temples in many ceremonies during that time.

♨️There are few stories about Lp Chong ♨️

-During World War II Japan has attacked Ayutthaya & LP Chong famous as protector of province & lives of the people. LP Chong has been chosen to sprinkle sacred sand from a plane to land below. Many miracles were recorded as there are many unexploded bombs in land.

-In year BE 2480 during WW II, Japan attacked villagers, and LP Chong made sacred cloth, when the Japanese army saw villagers, they would have illusions there were thousand people behind them & they were leaving. There are a lot of undocumented stories where Soldier who wore his amulet remain unharmed and back safety from war.

-Once, LP Parn of WatBangnomkho ask his monk disciple to go by motor boat to invite LP Chong to join ceremony ritual, but LP Chong told them to go back as he would go by himself later. As soon as the monk had came back and reported to LP Parn that LP Chong will come later, LP Parn laughed and pointed that LP Chong already sitting there. With few miles distance , how can LP Chong came within very short time?

– There is a well-known incident with many witnesses that holy water poured out from master’s hand to empty bottle.

– Even Lp Chong reached high knowledge of Wicha and Vipassana; he was very humble. One incident where 2 young men parked his boat in the front pier of the temple. LP Chong was taking rest in pier side, and one of them unrespectably asked Luangphor to guard their boat and LP Chong kindly guard their boat until midnight. When they were coming back at midnight, they are amazed Luangphor still guard their boats for many hours and saying thank you to Lp Chong. In the next day, they found out that the old monk they asking for help yesterday was truly LP Chong which is very well known monk in the town. They visit LP Chong and asking for apologies. LP Chong said “Hah,hah.. alright man, you ordered me, and I did it for you, it’s no sin, from now on remind yourself do not order any monk as your servant.”

– LP Chong is a very kind monk as he will donate anything from the temple and his possession. Even thieves came to his temple want to steal some precious things, LP Chong will call them to get it, Lp Chong will gave to the thief but also taught them that stealing was a great sin. Many of them gave up stealing by his teachings.
