Miraculous Letter “P” Amulets
LP Yen was the only monk created this unique amulet using old magic knowledge that Luangphor Yen got from Legendary Monk LP Thep Lok Udon which Thai people believe as 1000 years old monk.
Once upon a time, LP Yen spent his rain retreat in Wat Rakhang. In one day, Luangphor saw a monk walked in front of his Kuti, Luangphor Yen chat with him and invited the monk to drink tea inside Kuti. Luangphor Yen told the monk that he has the plan to build Wat Sra Parian but no idea how to realise this task. It was said that this mysterious monk taught LP Yen about this ancient wicha (Magic knowledge) Hoonpayon Por Pan Pitsadarn. The amulet was unique which make in shape of a Thai letter “P” and look alike goat.
The monk asked Luangphor Yen to produce this batch of amulets using that Wicha Arkom (magic knowledge) in order to collect money to renovate the temple. Luangphor Yen bow his head with gesture respect but mysteriously, the monk disappeared.
One day, Luangphor Yen visit his old friend Luangphor Buddha who stayed at Wat Awut, he was telling all that mysterious event. Surprisingly, Luangphor Yen saw a photo hanged in Bucha Altar with curiosity because it was the same monk who taught him about Wicha Por Pahn Pitsadarn.
Then he asked Luangphor Buddha “ who is the monk in the photo?’. Luangphor Buddha replied “It was the picture of The Great Luangphu Thep Lok Udon – The legendary monk who is believed to be 1000 years old and often appears to those who practice rigorous meditation in forests and caves. The existence of this monk is very mysterious, but his existence is acknowledged by several well-known meditation teachers such as : Ajahn Toh Wat Rakhang, LP Doo Wat Sakae, LP Jaran Wat Amphawan, LP Opasse, LP Lersi Lingdum etc.
Although his existence invited many mysteries, but his presence received full recognition from several highly respected senior monks in Thailand. Some of them were : Ajahn Toh Wat Rakhang, LP Doo Wat Sakae, LP Jaran Wat Amphawan, LP Opasse, LP Lersi Lingdum etc.
