Somdej Prok Pho,
Wat Khao Bo Thong
Mass Chanted (LP Tim Wat Lahan Rai, and other masters)
Year BE2513 (1970)

Made in 1970 (B.E. 2513) to be enshrined in the base of the Mondop (pavilion) housing the Buddha’s footprint at Wat Khao Bo Thong, Rayong Province. This temple was founded by Than Pho To, a revered master monk of Rayong in the past. The amulets were created using sacred powders from Than Pho To, all of which were highly holy substances.

They were then blessed in a consecration ceremony inside the Mondop of the Buddha’s footprint, with renowned monks from the eastern region participating in the blessing:

  1. Luang Pu Tim, Wat Lahan Rai – presided over the candle-lighting ritual and sat in meditation to bless.
  2. Than Pho Hom, Wat Chak Mak Pa Rarei – sat in meditation to bless.
  3. Luang Pho Chao Khun Faem, Wat Pa Aranyikawas, Chonburi Province – sat in meditation to bless.

These three were all famous eastern-region masters; having Luang Pu Tim alone would have already been extraordinary. The mixture of sacred materials was also exceptional, as you can see from the photos.

This is considered a fine piece at an affordable price, very suitable for worship in times like these. 100% authenticity guaranteed.

You can see from this page some photos of Luang Pu Tim while he was presiding over the blessing ceremony, seated in meditation, for the Phra Prok Pho amulets at Wat Khao Bo Thong in 1970 (B.E. 2513).
