Ajahn Chah is one of Thailand’s Great Arahants (the highest achievement of a monk in Buddhism) and is very respected by many Thai people. As a direct disciple of the Great Ajahn Mun Buridatto (#1 Dhammayut Monk—forest monk tradition), AjahnChah is famous for his Dhamma teaching and is often invited to give a lecture at many events. There were many famous western monks who learned under Ajahn Chah, such as Ajahn Sumedho, Ajahn Brahm, etc.

Even though Wat Nong Pah Pong didn’t create any holy objects or amulets, but he did so on many occasions with good purposes, such as building a road to the temple, a hospital for the poor, etc. His disciple asks Ajahn Chah to bless the holy object or amulet for fundraising.

People believe those who wear the amulet of LP Chah will bring great Metta (loved by people),  smooth life, and danger will not come to us.
