Designs and Forms
The forms used are unique and were intentionally created to avoid the typical round molds. The main shape is that of the “Mandaritip flower”, a heavenly blossom mentioned in the legend of Luang Phor Thuad story, giving the amulets an exquisite and magnificent appearance.
Design of Thao Jatukam Ramathep
* In the center is Thao Jatukam Ramathep seated on the Naga Throne, with the heads of the Nagas turned outward.
* Surrounding him are 8 Rahu deities in 8 directions, both above the sky and beneath the earth – a total of 16 figures, representing the 16 Great Auspicious Signs.
* These protect and enhance destiny, luck, and prosperity across all three realms.
* The back shows a replica of the City Pillar Shrine, surrounded by the 12 zodiac animals, representing Nakhon Si Thammarat.
* The outer circle features Thao Jatukam and Thao Ramathep in all four directions — the twin Bodhisattva brothers.
Design of Phra Pidta Bodhisattva Phangphakan
* The image of Phra Pidta Phangphakan, a Bodhisattva with hands covering his face, is finely sculpted at the center, radiating mystical brilliance and grandeur.
* On the back is a replica of the City Pillar Shrine, surrounded by the 12 zodiac signs and 12 cities that were conquered and ruled by King Chandrabhanu and General Phangphakan.
* The outermost layer includes 8 Rahu figures in 8 directions and the Amo Yant Maha Mongkhon (a powerful yantra of Khao Or), representing supreme protection and blessings.
